If your application is successful, your personal data may become part of your employment or driver record and will thereafter be processed in accordance with the applicable Employee or Driver Privacy Notice.

If your application is unsuccessful, we will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to manage the recruitment process, consider you for future driver opportunities where you have given your consent, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
